Share the Impact of Your Grant or Award
Your grant or award has made a meaningful difference in Western South Dakota, and we would love to hear how those funds have supported your ministry, program, or project. Whether you received a grant through the application process or an annual award distribution, we require all recipients to complete this report form. Your responses help us share the impact of faithful generosity with our donors and demonstrate how these funds continue Christ’s mission across the Diocese of Rapid City.
WSDCF requires all 2024–2025 grant and award recipients (those who received their distribution in July 2025) to complete the Recipient Report Form by June 15, 2026. This includes all grant recipients as well as award recipients who received a distribution from a fund during this cycle.
If your organization received more than one grant or award, please complete a separate form for each ministry or fund.
