Why We Fish
Your participation directly supports the formation of the next generation of priests serving Western South Dakota.
Forming Future Priests
The Diocese of Rapid City currently has eight men preparing for the priesthood. Each one is answering a call that will impact parishes, schools, hospitals, and families for decades to come.
Investing in Formation
The average cost of formation is $47,700 per seminarian each year. Your generosity helps cover tuition, room and board, books, spiritual formation, and pastoral training.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Support the seminarians while gaining visibility for your organization. Sponsorship levels start at $500 and go up to $10,000. Your sponsorship helps ensure the future of priestly formation in Western South Dakota.

“Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
